The Supervisory Board of IDR AG
The Supervisory Board of IDR AG is made up of ten representatives of the sole shareholder, the City of Düsseldorf, and five employee representatives.
Peter Blumenrath, member of the state parliament, has been Chairman since November 2020. Since IDR AG was founded, important elected representatives of the City of Düsseldorf have thus repeatedly held the chairmanship of the supervisory body - a clear signal of the importance the city attaches to its real estate subsidiary.
Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board is Councillor Dr. Frederike Möller. In addition to the chairpersons, the Supervisory Board of IDR AG also includes representatives from the CDU, Die Grünen, SPD, AfD, Die Linke and Volt parliamentary groups.
