In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

Your rights

You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to your personal data:

- Right to information
- Right to rectification or erasure
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to the processing
- Right to data portability

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not send us any other information (e.g. via our contact form), we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

(1) Information about the browser type and version used
(2) The user's operating system and its interface
(3) The user's internet service provider
(4) The IP address of the user
(5) Date and time of access
(6) Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
(7) Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website
(8) Amount of data transferred
(9) Access status/HTTP status code

Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. For these purposes, our legitimate interest also lies in the processing of the IP address in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object.

Use of cookies

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the body that sets the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the website more user-friendly and effective overall.

This website only uses technically necessary cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the accessing browser can be identified even after a page change. These include session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The purpose of using technically necessary cookies is to simplify the use of websites for users. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognized even after a page change. The user data collected by technically necessary cookies is not used to create user profiles. Our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR also lies in these purposes.

Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted by it to our website. As a user, you therefore have full control over the use of cookies. You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all functions of the website to their full extent. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

Contact form and e-mail contact

There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored (these data are: name, address, e-mail, telephone number).

The following data is also stored when the message is sent:
(1) The IP address of the user
(2) Date and time of registration

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties in this context. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of making contact via the contact form or sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the contact / email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The processing of the personal data from the input mask / e-mail serves us solely to process the contact. The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These purposes also constitute the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input screen of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

The user can object to the storage of their personal data at any time by sending an email to kontakt(at)idr.de. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.

Google Web Fonts

If you have given your express consent in the "Current offers" section, this site uses so-called Google Fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

If your browser does not support Google Fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Further information on Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
