Showroom and training center on Theodorstrasse
Large and well-known companies have trusted IDR as a real estate developer and manager for many years. This includes Hilti Deutschland AG, which has been one of its tenants since 2008. As the original premises of the global supplier to the construction industry no longer met the company's functional requirements, a new building was constructed for the tenant on Theodorstrasse in Düsseldorf. The new building of Hilti Deutschland AG, which is used as a training and sales location for the Northern Germany region, is representative and modern. A showroom for commercial customers was created on a total area of 1,700m2, which is connected to training rooms and the administration at the rear of the property. The entire building was tailor-made to the needs of Hilti Deutschland AG - including the architectural application of its corporate identity. IDR AG was responsible for the construction project from the initial planning to the turnkey handover and is currently also responsible for property management.
