Paulsmühle daycare center

In the course of the "Nördliche Paulsmühle" district development, the need for a new daycare center arose due to the redesignation of the former industrial area as a general residential area. The 8-room daycare center planned by architects RKW+ is located on Telleringstrasse to the north of the general residential area. The daycare center has 11 car parking spaces, including 2 barrier-free parking spaces, as well as 28 bicycle parking spaces and an area for parking cargo bikes.

Currently the largest daycare center in Düsseldorf, it accommodates children in the age groups T1 (2-6 years), T2 (4 months - 6 years) and T3 (3-6 years).

The 3-storey building is planned in such a way that each group has its own direct exit to the outside.

The building was handed over to the provider in August 2021.
