Craftsmen's Place

IDR AG has decades of experience in the development and realization of small rental spaces for craftsmen and tradesmen.

With the "Craftsmen's Places", we have developed a new and modern concept to build craftsmen's yards in very good locations, for individual space design according to the modular principle with spacious hall areas and small office/social areas. The advantages are the ability to combine craft traditions under one roof, possible cooperation with local craftsmen, short supply chains and commission-free rental directly from the owner.

Construction of the first Craftsmen's Place on Kappeler Strasse started in May 2022 and was completed in March 2023.

All 4 units have been let and are well received.
