Tailor-made office complex
On the site opposite the ISS DOME, a prestigious administration building was constructed in just 14 months, which was custom-designed and built with a particular focus on ecological and economic sustainability. The administration building has a total floor area of 15,000m2. In addition to office and meeting rooms, the five-storey building, which is arranged in a ring around a green inner courtyard, also houses a company restaurant and a cafeteria. The building was planned and realized together with the architectural firm K6Architekten and HOCHTIEF Building GmbH. IDR AG was awarded the Gold Certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for the project for its particularly sustainable construction methods and processes.
